Blake Commercial Realty LLC is led by our Real Estate Broker Jerry Blake with 31 productive years in commercial real estate in Northeast Ohio. He has two degrees from Malone College, plus 20 certifications from other schools in photography, sign language, social work, medical, automotive technology & industrial welding. He knows blueprints & floor plans, never assumes, asks questions & documents to close clean deals.

Prior to real estate Mr. Blake had a rather diverse work history starting right after high school doing metal fabrication in small shops before becoming an X-ray certified welder at General Motors Terex building earth moving equipment, then 150-ton cranes at Morgan Engineering. He also taught a trade class, attended Youngstown State, Kent State & Stark State before working for Prudential Insurance with a Securities License he obtained, then onto social work at Stark County MRDD & Molly Stark Hospital at the same time, then driving a truck during early hours to free up afternoons to begin full time at Malone while also starting in commercial real estate in 1993 to become that company's top agent to this date in their 117 year history.

Amazingly this vast background of education & work history has all been of great help in understanding the needs of property owners, buyers & tenants in selling or leasing hundreds of properties, some of them multiple times. Blake is also a self-educated researcher, writer, photographer & more.

Apart from quality time with family he most enjoys carpentry, restoring cars, suv's & classic motorcycles, bicycling, writing & researching. He is a collector of sorts & owns tons of tools for various trades, all put to use.
